“What will you call… all of this?” Zero inquired, gesturing at all of the boxes filled to the brim with chips.
Dr. Wily paused for a moment, his smile fading. Only for his sinister grin to come back with full force, along with fire in his eyes.
“I think I’ll call it… Irregular Fever.”It had been over a year since Bass became friends with Rock. And together, along with Blues, Roll, and Kalinka, the five of them shared many moments of laughter, tears, fears, and comfort. And Bass learned what it meant to love and how to care for others thanks to his newfound friendships. Now, Bass is taking every moment one step at a time, refusing to let life move past him for even the slightest second.
But nothing good can last forever.
When a new threat arises, one that none of them could have expected, our five friends find themselves being thrust into a world of chaos, one that they thought they had left behind for good.
Will Bass and the others overcome this new challenge, all while staying together and emerging unscathed? Or will this cumbersome task become impossible to defeat, to the point where it destroys everything that they know and love?

Summary
All it took was one decision, one train of thought, to alter the reality they now lived in. The fates of the two doctors were as thin as a coin, and this time, Dr. Wily was Heads, while Dr. Light was Tails. Their hearts were the same, but their lives had been changed. Now, their decisions have echoed down to their artificial children, with Bass being the bright, heroic sun that shines down on Mega City and those who live in it – while Mega Man is the midnight shadow that covers the city in darkness, only generously providing moonlight to those he deems as worthy.
As Bass takes the role of the protagonist, he'll have to learn what it means to be a hero by setting his ego aside while protecting the ones he loves, and ultimately, the whole world from the evil Dr. Light and his quest for world domination. Will Bass be able complete such a task? Or will he die trying to be the one thing that he was never meant to be?

It is the year 20xx and a new form of technology has begun its production. The robot masters, advanced machines with the ability to have human emotions and complex thoughts, are made to assist humans in fields of work deemed too dangerous. Among this developing technology is Rock, a robot child built to help his creator Dr. Thomas Light around his home Light Labs. Along with his sister Roll, it was a simple life of cleaning and walking around the city of Monsteropolis.
When Dr. Light's old friend turned rival, Dr. Albert Wily, starts building his own robot masters to conquer the world for recognition, Rock steps up to protect the ones he loves as Megaman, a powerful fighting robot with the ability to copy any robot's weaponry. But over time, the wars between him and Wily start to affect their lives. Humans are starting to fear a possible revolution of robots, robot masters are evolving at a bizarre rate, and the existence of a possible alien civilization guarantee change. As Rock battles the dark forces outside and inside his home, he will learn who to trust, who to watch, who to protect, who to cherish, and how far a hero will go to achieve peace.
