Chloe dying of cancer in this is such a heartbreaking thing. The last bits of the new timeline towards the end are not ... entirely satisfying, but pretty good. Some especially weird sci-fi weirdness towards the end (fate of one man in particular) that didn't make a ton of sense to me. But very readable and interesting.
