Another moment passes, and he's still waiting. He's always going to be waiting on him, now and for as long as they have together, and Freddy becomes still, counting his shallow breaths. It's like being at confessional, isn't it? He's never done that before, but he's familiar with the concept. It's not a hard thing to do.
