He's sick or something and it's all Takeda's fault. He feels hot, his mind is constantly distracted and when he closes his eyes at night all he can see are possible scenarios between Takeda and him. Some of them take a very strange turn that jolt Keishin from dozing off and leave him sweaty and horribly anxious in his lower gut.
