(This Dinin is not intended to be the brother of Drizzt. I never read those books and so didn't realise the fantasy name generator had given me a name featured in them.)
Dinin Illoara was desperate. With his unit killed by fighters of a rival house and him the only survivor, making it back to Menzoberranzan was unlikely.
He was exhausted, injured and without allies.
But he was not ready to die yet.
Then, the priestess of the overworldlers' fire goddess passed through. Dinin decided on a desperate gamble.
