In the aftermath of the battle over the East Sea, Nezha and Ao Bing attempt to help rebuild Chentang Pass. Amidst the terrible devastation and loss all around them, at least they have each other. But Nezha and Ao Bing are keeping secrets from one another...and unbeknownst to either of them, it's the same secret. Both boys find they are plagued by terrifyingly familiar needle-like pains...like the ones caused by the Heart-Piercing Curse. Could it be that the effects of the curse somehow lingered? Summary
It all started with a stupid Halloween party. All they did was hook up at a party neither of them wanted to attend, and yet somehow they found themselves falling into a dangerous, comfortable routine. Sanemi made it clear he wasn’t looking for a relationship, and Giyuu was fine with that, or so he thought. If they agreed it wasn’t going to be anything more than a friends with benefits situation, why did their hearts tend to flutter at the thought of each other? Why did everything they found out about the other only blur the line between hooking up and intimacy?
It would only get harder the more they learned to trust each other, the stronger their bond became, and the longer they continued to dance around unspoken words. Only time would tell how much longer the two of them could deny their true feelings, or more so, how long it'd take Sanemi to admit it to himself.
