"Superboy will be staying at Mount Justice for now," Bruce says. He doesn't look at Clark as he says it. Clark doesn't look at him either.
". . . Mount Justice is a cave," Captain Marvel says, clearly even more bewildered. "And Superboy is solar-powered. Isn't that kind of . . . I don't know . . . mean?"
"'Mean'?" Clark repeats in disbelief before he can think better of it.

Billy turns his full attention to Superboy with an encouraging smile. “Um! So, anyway! Hi, I'm Captain Marvel, it's nice to meet you, Superboy. What's your name? Nobody in the League knew when I asked. I mean, if that's not rude, I don't know if you want Kid Flash and his parents to know it or if you're even ready to tell me yet, sorry, maybe I shouldn't actually have asked.”“. . . uh,” Superboy says, looking even more bemused. “It’s Superboy.”
“. . . oh, okay, so we're just starting totally from scratch here, huh,” Billy realizes, repressing a little wince.
“Very much so, yes,” Mrs. West says, looking resigned.

Summary
(Captain Han was pretty much a douchebag, and I decided to explore it a bit)
Buck is really tired of Interim Captain Han, aka Tyrant Han, aka what the actual fuck, Chim. Aside from Chim turning into an overbearing dictator, Buck misses Bobby, misses Eddie on the truck, and just misses feeling like his life made sense. At a pivotal moment, the A-shift engineer, Marcus DeKay, shields Buck from Chim and alters Buck’s path.
