Kuroo’s breathing is laboured in Kenma’s ear. “Is that all you want me for, Good Mage?” He tugs the lobe of Kenma’s ear into his mouth, sucks at the skin of his neck. Kenma’s breath stutters, his head clouding with thoughts of his misguided obsession with Kuroo. He wants – he wants. Kenma’s brain is full of turning cogs, analysing every move and motivation of those around him. The only person he refuses to analyse is himself.
He kisses Kuroo again.

KuroKen Week 2021 Day 7 - Free Day
He looked around, hoping Kuroo was just playing a cruel joke but he then remembered the gift he got yesterday. His hand raised up to the stone around his neck, transferring his magic and watched the way it glowed.
“Kuro…?” His voice cracked slightly as he whispered onto the stone. “Please come back to me.”

Kuroo woke up in the middle of nowhere with no memories of his past, but thankfully, the people here were accepting and took him in; especially a particular mage-in-training.
He felt accepted in this community, until he discovered an ugly truth about himself.
