Summary
Oh Haewon has spent years trying to avoid the painfully obvious.
She is in love with Lily Morrow.
She refuses to acknowledge her forbidden thoughts, pushing down and praying that one day that longing feeling will cease to exist, that she will be able to enjoy their friendship without believing that Lily is the only spill of gleaming gold on her otherwise pointless existence.
Yet somehow, though the years may stretch like shadows, still they are pulled towards one another as if no force in the universe could silence the song their souls have always known.
OR

But in a world where monsters aren't the only dangerous things, everyone has something to lose.or
I was forced (not really) to binge watch the whole Twilight saga and I'm also a huge Deftones fan, so, this is the product of the last two plus my severe insomnia. Sorry in advance for any mistakes, hopefully you'll enjoy it 😭

Summary
Haewon has an explanation for everything.
Every look Lily gives her? Fanservice.
Every touch? Coincidence.
Every soft, vulnerable moment? Friendship.
The playlist full of yearning love songs might be what breaks her though.
