Summary
Word traveled fast in Crime Alley.
It became yet another Alley-kid code word. If someone said they were telling Mama, that meant Jason Todd would get an earful while he planned out his next drug bust. If someone said Mama’s paying for dinner, it meant a free meal to any kid who showed up to the diner that day.
(or: "a toddler who was being saved by the red hood called him "mama" once and now crime alley kids will refer to him as mama all. the. time.")

Summary
You’re half-asleep when you hear it—the familiar click of the window, the soft thud of boots hitting your bedroom floor. It’s late. Later than he said. But you don’t even open your eyes.
“Took your damn time.”
Jason’s voice is sheepish, low. “Traffic in Gotham’s a bitch after midnight.”

Summary
You just moved into a new apartment complex in Gotham City. You decide to be come acquainted with your neighbor, a mysterious Jason Todd, and well... here goes nothing
I'm including as much of the Batfam as I can comfortably figure out how to write. The characterizations are meant to be from the batfamily webseries sooo Bruce is a good father, finally. -

Summary
It wasn't like you were stupid. No, you dotted your i's and crossed your t's and did all the shit that a citizen of a shit hole like Gotham City did. You carried a taser, kept out of alleys, travelled with a companion.
And it had kept you (relatively) untraumatized for the entirety of the 21 years of your existence. Sure, you'd seen some gruesome things, but that was normal. You weren't the type that made a stupid decision and got screwed over. You were smart.
Of course, that flew out the window with the goddamn Red Hood of all people. You had to be stupid with him.
[Note: if marked complete, may add chapters later but it's not necessary for the plot.]
