He coughed, opened his mouth to reply, and ended up coughing some more. When he’d finally managed to catch his breath and right his scrambled thoughts, Shouto fixed her with a confused look. “Ah, what?”
“Right.” She bit her lip, wondering why this had seemed a practical plan on paper, but now, saying it out loud, she felt small and silly and insecure all over again. “Well, it appears I lack experience that is holding me back from being in a relationship. And, unfortunately, this isn’t the sort of experience that’s easily self-taught. So I’d like a teacher.”

If she had to describe him in one word, she would use two to completely capture every inch of Laxus Dreyar and those two words would be bastard and arrogant. If she could add one more to that list, it'd be self-centered motherfucker, but that wasn't a word, so she would resign herself to just thinking about them and keeping them to herself.
Along with all the other things about him that she didn't dare share with a single soul.
Like the way he looked in her dreams, or the way he said her name; that way that felt like a sin and just made her hair stand on end and her heart race like she was about to get her ass kicked.
