The thing is, there's very little doubt in Anakin's mind that his master is just as in love with him as he is with his master. He just doesn't know if Obi-Wan is on the same page.
But Anakin can seduce him. He's very desirable, everyone thinks so. And with the war buffeting them about around the galaxy, he can't take the risk of his master not knowing they're meant to be together. Not when one of them could die any day.
Or worse, sleep with someone else.

Summary
When he turns to face Anakin, he smiles. But it is like no expression Anakin has ever seen on his master’s face. Even with closed lips, there is something sharp about the look of it. Dangerous and cold, for all that there is genuine amusement there too. Like Anakin could cut himself on it, like Obi-Wan wants him to.
And his eyes, when they meet Anakin’s, are gold.
Obi-Wan falls under the influence of the dark side of the Force after messing with something he shouldn't in a mysterious temple. Immediately suspicious, Anakin places himself in charge of watching over him, just he case he does something, you know, evil. But this version of Obi-Wan doesn't seem interested in taking over the galaxy. He is interested in Anakin.

“Let him pick out the chips, didn’t you?”
Obi-Wan smiles wider.
“I figured he could handle it.”
Mr. Skywalker bends forward with a fist wedged against his thigh, conspiring like. His tight jeans whine when he does so.
“How many shelves do you think he climbed to get them?”
A sigh. Mr. Skywalker knows his son well.
“At least two. Apparently there was a witness.”
“Hey! You weren’t supposed to tell him.”
Stormy eyes meet Obi-Wan’s for a split second. An entire, exasperated conversation passes between them with that one look. Obi-Wan realizes the significance, the electricity almost in real time. It takes his breath away, recognizing the silent conversation they just had for what it actually is. Obi-Wan clears his throat into his fist and tries to lurch away, to flee the intense stare still boring into him. But he’s rooted to the spot in the bubble of Mr. Skywalker’s cologne. It smells woodsy and musky. Like a man would smell, Obi-Wan reckons.
