Summary
Tim was doing just fine on his own. He fell into a routine between school, extracurriculars, and his nightly Batstalking. Maybe his situation was unconventional, but he could take care of himself.
Jason had something to say about that.
OR:
Tim may have been thirteen, but he was also a high school Sophomore and perfectly capable of faking a nanny, breaking and entering, and hacking the Batcomputer—not necessarily in that order. All he had to do to keep this lifestyle was maintain the ruse—easy enough when it came to his parents but a more treacherous undertaking to try to put one over on the Batman himself. And with Jason as his English tutor, Tim found himself growing perilously close to the Wayne family. Although at first content to watch them from behind his camera, it was only a matter of time before he got invested.

“What do you plan to do now that you have found the Avatar’s bison? Keep him locked in our new apartment? Should I go put on a pot of tea for him?”
-Uncle Iroh, Lake Laogai, Season 2 Episode 17Zuko unfolded a small, fuzzy green blanket and tossed it over Appa’s head like a hood. “And this is Appa’s favorite blanket, it’s too small for him, obviously, but he really seems to like it and—”
Appa licked Zuko, knocking off his hat and leaving him dripping. Zuko quickly grabbed his hat and slammed it back on his head but the damage was done—the Avatar had recognized him.
“I can’t believe it,” Aang breathed, staring at Zuko wide-eyed.
Zuko stared back, trying to decide if he could make the jump out the window. The drop would be pretty steep, but he really didn’t want to fight off the Avatar in their new apartment with its nice furniture and Uncle’s tea collection in the corner and—
“Appa found me a firebending teacher!”

Summary
“While the Copernican principle comes with no guarantees that it will forever guide us to cosmic truths, it's worked quite well so far: not only is Earth not in the center of the solar system, but the solar system is not in the center of the Milky Way galaxy, the Milky Way galaxy is not in the center of the universe, and it may come to pass that our universe is just one of many that comprise a multiverse. And in case you're one of those people who thinks that the edge may be a special place, we are not at the edge of anything either.”

Summary
Jason Todd has been dead for almost three years now. Everybody knows this. Tim definitely knows this.
And yet here he is now, looking very much alive, three years older and approximately 200 pounds heavier, in the middle of lecturing a bunch of sophomores about poetry and having just introduced himself as their new English teacher.
Bullshit, Tim thinks.
