Summary
With the war over, Megatron faces the greatest challenge to a Cybertron without Vector Sigma: the decimated population. The up side: there are enough carrier-types to rebuild. The down side: they are all Autobots and not so inclined to go along with the idea of carrying for a Decepticon, even if it means freedom.
