Summary
Okay so, before you ask, no, he is not a stalker. He is a concerned friend looking out for the safety of another close friend and is only making sure they get home safe.
Stalkers are creepy for one thing, they have truly horrible intentions and are just awful, cruel people. They’re constantly watching your every move, leave creepy notes on your door, memorize your schedule. All of which Peter is not doing, so, yeah, he’s not a stalker. No matter how much Ned insists he is.
Whatever, he's never doing anything nice again, ever.

Summary
"Look Peter, you can't tell anyone," Michelle demanded. "Not Ned, May and especially not Stark, got it?"
Peter swallowed thickly and began to let out a nervous smile, each name MJ called out she accentuated with a sharp poke to his chest.
"Uh, y-yeah? “ MJ frowned, “I mean, yes! Promise!"
She eyed him cautiously, as if looking for the lie hidden there, seeming to find nothing, she continued.
"There's this kid that lives in the apartment right across from me," MJ mumbled, smiling faintly." I take care of him when his mom works, he's a really good kid."
She swallowed hard, clutching her shirt in her fist and chocked on words. "Peter, something really bad happened to him, whatever creepy ass spider bit you, it got Miles too."
Peters’ heart plummeted.

Summary
(Major Endgame Spoilers!)
Standing under the light of the lampost, and the overpowering smell of wet paint lingering between them both; Peter hated how incredibly old Miles looked.
With his shoulders squared and his eyes glazed over and impossibly cold, Peter wished so desperately that the young boy would stay forever small and safe.
And suddenly, Peter realized just how truly helpless Tony felt.
