Summary
At first the village assumed they wore masks to hide their resemblance to their father, a precaution against becoming targets for Sakumo’s enemies outside the village. Then after his failure they guessed it was to protect themselves from the scorn of the citizens within. They were wrong on both counts though. Kakashi and Kama wore their masks not to hide their resemblance to their father, but to their mother. Series of non-linear one shots about the Hatake twins.
