Description:

Normally, Pokémon don't write. That's a fact. I can't write myself. I don't have something amazing that certain Pokémon species and humans have called "opposing thumbs". Obviously, I had to ask other more intelligent and capable Pokémon to do that for me and write exactly as I say. You must be asking yourself: why am I doing this instead of grooming or watch my favourite TV show in the living room of my house? Because I have a story to tell that I think I shouldn't keep it for myself or to other Pokémon. Humans deserve to know it. A true story that has given me more faith in humanity, about my experience after casually meeting in Vermilion City two male children both crazy for Pokémon and with a sensational chemistry. That bond they have is pure, enchanting and genuine. Little I knew that meeting would change my life and the lives of others that surround me. You humans tend to say that us Pokémon are interesting. But humans as well! Please enjoy my storytelling if you're into fluff, long texts and have a good sense of humour. Have pity for the volunteering Pokémon who took forever to write all to your own pleasure!

Notes:

An alternative universe of Pocket Monsters (2019)/Pokémon Journeys' animé arc where Ash and Goh's friendship turned into a romantic relationship in between episode 16 and 17 and it's witnessed and narrated by an intelligent and quirky female Litten! Other ingredients you can expect: fluff, humour, talking Pokémon (humans can't understand what they say so thank Litten for the translation!), pop-culture and gaming references, fluff... did I already say fluff?

Each chapter includes notes such as in which timeline of the animé it happens as they work like extra episodes. There are direct references to canon happenings of the entire show too, therefore respecting continuity. It's part of the Soul(mate)s of Light Satogou AU that I have at my tumblr blog (harukadrawsthings username or the hashtag #Soul(mate)s of Light ) :).

I put a lot of heart into this (not just in the curries I make in Pokémon Shield!) so I hope you enjoy your read! And let's celebrate Ash and Goh's extraordinary chemistry, something I never saw in over 1000 episodes and 20 movies of this Japanese show. Have fun!
