Summary
Prompto opened his eyes to the sight of blood spots on his white shoes.
The very same pair of sneakers that he had begged Cor to purchase for him as a gift at the beginning of the school year. Cor, who was neither his father nor his foster parent, but who looked after him like a godfather anyway. Cor, who abhorred spending unnecessary funds on trinkets, but ended up paying a pair of shoes a third of his wage just because they were trendy and Prompto had wanted to look cool.

Summary
Ignis has to leave to attend this prestigious university in Tenebrae for the next three years.
They talk a lot about how they are going to organize themselves when his advisor-to-be leaves. It's a long process made while eating Ignis delicious meals and involving a lot of papers and sticky notes.They couldn't have forseen the bombing of said university, nor Noctis having to grow without being able to see Ignis ever again.

He struggled to open his eyes and realized he was curled on the floor.And damn, the world hurt.
'It's over.' His relief barely perked up through the heavy blanket of exhaustion.All he had to do was lay here and wait for someone to rescue.

Prompto could have recognized that cold voice anywhere. It definitely didn't belong to the rescue team.This was written as a short epilogue to "White Sneaker" but can be read as a stand-alone.
