"Izuku can’t breathe.
He finds out a lot about the Yuuei crew that night.
Captain All Might, the most feared pirate in the Atlantic ocean, is slowly dying from a wound he received from a particularly vicious mer he encountered when he was a young sailor. Now he spends his life trying to capture and kill the mer who injured him before his time ran out.
Eraserhead, who had lost his eyes to the sharpened claws of a feral mer.
Midnight, who had an ugly scar down her cheek from a vicious mer attack.
Present Mic, who had lost his voice when a mer had stolen it, was now looking for the culprit on the best mer hunting crew, Yuuei.
Cementoss, who had scars littered all over his body from when they had pitted him against mers in the fighting ring.
All of them were mer hunters.
Izuku can’t breathe.
Yuuei was a crew of mer hunters. Izuku was a mer.
Izuku can’t breathe."

Summary
(Sequel to 'disposable trinkets'. If you haven't read that then this might not make sense, so go read that first.)
'“I remember when I first met you,” Todoroki says, and Izuku tilts his head. “Really met you. I don’t think you meant for me to see you. And I didn’t really. Just the tips of green hair poking out from under the kelp, and two bright green eyes.”
Todoroki lifts a hand to his hair and laughs. “I didn’t believe it, that the feeling that someone was watching, listening to what I was saying, was real. You were real. It was- it was- I don’t know. It was nice, I guess.”
Izuku trills, something that promises safety and comfort and all the things Todoroki didn’t have but wanted, so, so much, and reaches out a hand to poke at Todoroki’s cheek. He chirps happily when Todoroki scrunches his nose and bats Izuku’s hand away.
“Stop that,” he says, but he is smiling. “I’m trying to be serious right now.”'
Izuku get kidnapped, what will he do- or rather, what will his friends do?
