Summary
After finally becoming full fledged shinigami, Grell forces William to go out and celebrate with him. After having one too many drinks at one of Grell's favorite pubs, Grell ends up taking a drunken William back to his dorm to spend the night. William, not being in his right mind, decides to act on the thoughts and feelings that had formed after Grell kissed him during their final exam.

As Christmas eve slowly comes to an end Ciel gets a big surprise which just messes with his thoughts and feelings further. But for once, he finally had a somewhat pleasant Christmas.

Summary
Grell and William live together in a shared flat, minimum 2 shinigami to a flat, rules of the dispatch. No amount of complaining could change it.
Grell comes home from work one day and takes a walk to clear his head, coming home to find William inside. With guilt of a bad day of work, Grell finds himself sitting on their porch not wanting to bother his boss anymore than he already had that day.
William comes home to an empty flat, unusual for the time of day he returned. Eventually William finds Grell sitting outside in the cold and after thinking about his behaviour earlier in the day he knows he should apologize. Equipped with 2 cups of hot chocolate he joins Grell outside and a heartfelt conversation ensues. Full of apologies and sincere confessions.

Summary
Undertaker spent most of his life being the center of attention. Becoming a mortician in the mortal realm gave him a break from that. However, he found himself becoming lonely and in need of companionship. One could only handle having dead bodies as their only company for so long.
Undertaker realizes that he might have a chance to fix his situation as his shinigami senses alert him to some strong demon emotions in the area. Thankfully that demon shows up at his doorstep and requests information.
Instead of laughter, Undertaker requests something a little bit more daring from the demon.

Summary
The thorns of death - Contracted when a soul destined to die becomes vengeful and fights against the Grim Reaper that would reap it; it would manifest into the form of thorns, which will eventually suffocate the heart
Alan has been dealing with the thorns of death for some time now. After an unfortunate run in with a demon in the mortal realm he finds himself in the hospital back in the reaper realm dealing with a severe attack from the thorns.
Eric knows that Alan's time is running out as he races to Alan's room. He prays that he isn't too late.
Alan doesn't want to go, but he's fought for so long and his body just can't keep up anymore. Eric doesn't want him to go, but it's time. Eric has to deal with the aftermath of losing Alan and trying to move on with his life without him.
