Summary
King Yakov and Queen Lilia desperately want a child to carry on their rule. When a witch offers Lilia a solution, she is eager to take it and disregards the witch's warnings on what may happen if Lilia doesn't follow her careful directions. In her excitement, Lilia makes a crucial mistake. Years later the consequences catch up to her in a way she and an innocent family in the village of Hasetsu never saw coming.
