Working as camp counselors for a STEM summer camp isn’t exactly how Peter plans to start his break but at least he gets to spend time with his friends. Summary
The clouds were thick and dark. Rain pelted his face in icy darts that his green cloak and hood did little to protect him from and he dug his heels more firmly into his horse, pushing her harder and faster. Her sides heaved in heavy pants against his legs and her mouth frothed with effort but she sped up.
Peter had to get to them first. If he was there they’d be okay. He could protect them.
