Summary
After five years of marriage and parenthood, Los Angeles Devils small forward Zero and his TV producer husband, Jude, split up. Jude took his dream job in New York while Zero saw out the rest of his basketball career in L.A. and raised their young son, Max. Ten years later, when Jude decides to return to L.A. there's only one person willing to hire him - his former stepmother, Lionel Davenport. There’s just one problem - Lionel happens to be Zero's boss at Inside Sports Network where he fronts his own nightly show. Between their unfinished business, falling ratings, a son who wants to get to know his birth mother, Jude and Zero have a lot to figure out.
