Kaj Statter Jr. arrived on the scene with a letter, a boat jammed into the walls of the Pocket, very little knowledge of Blaseball. It's not exactly a great combination for putting xir best foot forward with xir new team and life that xe has somehow signed up for, but Kaj is nothing if not adaptable.

Summary
Going to the Shadows was not ideal for Kaj. Not in any way, shape or form. But xe was determined to make the best of it, and xe tried. Xe really did.
It didn't work. Not at first. And sea's not the only one stuck there, not by a long shot, and they've gotta deal with it somehow.
