Summary
Jervis Tetch is a neurologist at Wayne Tech. He has a stable job, a reliable income, and a habit to isolate himself. With nothing but his adoration for Wonderland to rattle to his rats with, the man is slowly going insane. He knows that. He doesn't entirely fight it because, really, what good man goes insane? Encouraged by his co-worker Alice Pleasance, Jervis finds himself giving talks about his technology at the local university in preparation for the visit (from his employer no less) to his department.
Meeting the professor of fear, Dr. Jonathan Crane, Jervis can't help but be in awe. Truly, the man is a sight. And now, he can't help but be drawn to him and his extravagant confidence. Talk after talk, Jervis finds himself leaning on the man more though little does he know what Jonathan is truly made of: Toxicity.An embodiment of "I can make him worse" in a fic

Summary
Jonathan Crane, mad man with an interest in fear, is fascinated by Jervis Tetch and his ever beloved Wonderland. Though, what exactly this Wonderland consists of he isn't entirely sure. Psychological brain picking aside, Crane wants to understand the Hatter better. He clearly goes somewhere when stressed, though whether or not it's to a tea party is hard to tell.
Suspended by rope, starved, and desperate to survive, Jervis has been kept in Jonathan's warehouse (a property the professor now relishes owning for opportunities such as this) for a number of days.
It's only a matter of time until he breaks, and Jon wants to be there when it happens.Ie. Jonathan keeps Jervis as a pet for a while

Summary
Jonathan Crane, Professor in Phobias, has settled for tea on a Saturday afternoon, as he typically does. His present company seems to be enjoying himself, as much as a 'Mad Hatter' can, though Crane can only watch him forcibly stay calm. He wonders how long it will take for the toxin to fully take hold...and he wonders just how calm his Hatter can remain.
Ie. Jonathan Crane is a sadist and I want to explore that in a small ficlet.
