Namjoon had been fully prepared to leave Earth and everyone he knew behind for the biggest adventure humanity has ever faced. But when he meets Jimin during a short visit home, he starts to question if he really made the right choices. Summary
Taehyung's work as a Xenobiologist took him to a planet with a sentient lifeform they called 'Mayflies', for a lifecycle eerily similar to the familiar insects. With the significant difference that they looked like humans and were able to talk. So Taehyung talks to them, with a heavy heart.

Namjoon knew what expected him when he left Earth to travel into deep space. Knowing that his experiences would shape humanity made it easier to accept, until he met someone during a short visit, someone he couldn't forget so easily and made him question his decisions.
