They were children. Warriors, soldiers, scientists, spies, tourists, yes, but children none the less. And what child doesn't want to live in a world that doesn't want to live in dreams, with no responsibility, no judgement, no pain, no sadness. These children were no different, no matter how they lived. Everyone is someone's child. Every child wishes for that - including theses -- especially these.

How would it feel to have your heart's every desire and then have to rip yourself away? Do you think you would break? What if you were already broken?

The team - this team - these children - they know now. They shouldn't have every had to find out.

The entire team is placed in a dream state where they can live their perfect, idyllic lives. Not what they "want" like hot chicks or money, but what they truly hold in their heart's desire. And to free themselves is to rip themselves away from a perfection they can never have elsewhere.
