It was supposed to be an innocent stroll in the woods to scout out their new home. There wasn’t supposed to be a witch with a vendetta, cursing them for unknowingly walking near her home. They weren’t supposed to be attacked by the pack of wolves that had been bugging them. And there shouldn’t have been hunters that found them when most exposed. It wasn’t supposed to end up like this.
Or: Snowfox-shifter!Dream and Polarbear-shifter!Techno get stuck in their animal forms, attacked by a power-hungry wolf-hybrid pack, and caught by hunters all in the same day. Crazy.

Summary
Dream barely escapes the pursuing red fox trying to kill him, accidentally using an unsuspecting polar bear as a shield. Good thing the polar bear doesn't seem to mind too much, and even provides Dream with shelter and food.
