Summary
Izuku grows up fifteen meters away from the Todoroki forest. The village legends say that, if you enter the forest on the night of the winter solstice, the kitsune will eat you for dinner. (The legends are not exactly true.)

One year after defeating his father, Shouto must defend the Todoroki domain from a new challenger. They'll face off on the night of the winter solstice, to the death or to surrender. Humans outside the forest are off-limits, but any humans who happen to wander inside are fair game."Our goal is to survive until sunrise." Shouto squeezes his hand. "Upon my life, I swear that I will protect you, Midoriya Izuku."
