Lumine feels Ayaka smiling against her chest, the tips of her fingers dancing against the bare skin of her back, and in another life, she's sure she is already doing this forever.—
OR, there's a festival coming up and Ayaka has been very busy lately. Lumine, as her girlfriend, will do anything she can to help her relax. She wants to give her everything she has, grow roots in her heart and hold her just as closely forever.

“I would appreciate that, yes.” Ayaka says, her cheeks colored a familiar shade of pink.
Lumine has Ayaka lay comfortably on her lap. She starts massaging her temples softly, and she watches Ayaka’s tension defrosting in her hands with every gentle stroke of her fingers.—

“It’s a long story.” Lumine swallows, her body shaking. “Sorry for troubling you at this hour, I… I didn’t know where else to go.”—

"Despite the blizzard?" Lumine asks, and Ayaka lets herself quietly listen. The rustling of the trees outside, swayed by the strong winds of winter, the snow muffling every other sound, swallowing every unsaid thing she keeps between her ribs.
She says, "Yes. Despite the blizzard."—
OR, Lumine is showing Ayaka the world, accompanying her on her travels. They're surprised by a sudden blizzard and they have to find shelter, huddling for warmth until the storm quiets down.

"I believe it was Ayaka’s turn", Ayato responds with a sly smile.
"Oh, I have a good one! I have one!" Yoimiya cheers, moving in her seat on the ground. Her eyes practically glow when she says, "I dare you to kiss the prettiest person in this room!"
And Ayaka slips. Just for a moment. Just for a second, her eyes travel to Lumine. She’s sitting in the circle in front of her, resting her arm over her knee, sharp eyes staring back at her. She raises an eyebrow, questioning, and Ayaka feels the blood rushing to her face.—
OR, Ayaka attends her first College party and she ends up playing 7 minutes in heaven with her (secret) crush Lumine.

"And you’ve been the love of mine", Lumine whispers to her lips. And, when she kisses her back, Ayaka learns that she believes her.—
OR, Lumine's journey comes to an end and she has to return to the stars. Ayaka accepts her goodbyes with a heavy heart, full of love for her still.

"Albedo called them ‘phantom pains’", Lumine says very slowly, trying to hide her discomfort. "He says the more intense pains should go away eventually, but… There will always be some kind of feeling that will come and go. Apparently they’re very common for missing limbs."
Ayaka shakes her head, tears spilling out of her pretty blue eyes when she says, "Missing limbs? I’m afraid I don’t follow… What are you missing?"
And Lumine smiles, bitterly, and replies,
