Summary
After the lesson, school is only half over but Mama McCall takes Scotty and Stiles home early (thanks to Scotty's puppy face). The seatbelt stops him from moving around too much, so he talks. "Melissa, what's color? Why did Scotty see a different one than me? Why did Jacky see one? I don't think he should, he's mean. Do you see colors? Is everything really a different one? That sounds confusing. What's the So'may Prinsple? Are my mommy and daddy sou'mays? Why did you say we could only see one color? I can see two, does that mean--"
Melissa stops the car right in front of her and Scotty's house and looks at Stiles. "You can see two? What do you mean, Stiles?"
Scotty's looking at him like he looks at Ally: like he's a birthday cake at a surprise party or something. Melissa is doing the same, but she looks more confused. Stiles shrugs. "When you drew those lines on the board... What did you call it? A rainbow? Two of the lines looked different. One looked like the grass and the other looked like sunshine."
Or, yet another soulmates AU

Summary
Stiles is suffering alone.
And he's dealing with it, really. He knows how to wake himself up from a nightmare, how to talk himself down from a panic attack, how to snap himself out of his thoughts before they got too dark. It's just that for a while, he had Derek to do that for him. Derek would wake him from a nightmare without even knowing it. Derek would tell him to get your damn head in the game, Stiles, or you'll get hurt. Derek stopped him from even feeling a panic attack coming on. Now it's almost as if Derek has forgotten that those things still happen.
It's like... Stiles found his soulmate, but he's never been more alone.

Summary
Dec. 28, 2003 GOOD DAY
Hii! I'm Stiles. I guess you're my journal, but that's such a boring name. I think I'll give you a name. Let's see...
Robbie. Jacob. Lydia.Dee. I like Dee. It's a nice name. I don't think you really care, though, do you? After all, you're just a book. A very pretty book, don't get me wrong. You're black leather and my name (my full name darn it) is written on the front in Mom's handwriting. Your still a book though. But now you have a name. Dee.
Or, Derek finds Stiles' journal during the mess with the Nogitsune, and he takes the chance to learn more about the boy he loves.

Summary
"Please. Please, Stiles, come back to me." Pause. "Turn the goddamn lights on, Scott! For fuck's sake, he's terrified!" It's Derek. He's not in Eichen. Then the restraints are gone and suddenly the room is flooded with a flickering, watery light. It stings Stiles' eyes until they adjust. He almost misses the pain when they do.
"Off," he mutters. He can barely hear himself, he's so quiet.
Apparently Derek has the same problem. "What was that?" he asks gently.
"Turn it off!" Stiles shrieks. The bulb is flickering, dying, casting gruesome shadows on everything in sight and Stiles can't. He can't look at anything, can't stand the sight of the shadows on Derek's face. "Off! Off, off, off, off..."

Secrets. Shadows. Void. We are Us. No, We are me. I am me. I am me.
"We're he-- I'm here," Stiles corrects himself. "I'm here."

Summary
He barely makes it through first period without throwing up (total lie; he does, a little. Just in his mouth) and the teacher for his second period-- general physics, because he didn't feel like taking AP Biology this year --takes one look at him and says, "You need to use the bathroom, right Stiles?"
"Huh? I don't--"
"No, it's fine, go right ahead," he says with a meaningful look.
Stiles takes the unspoken you look like shit, kid and all but runs out of the room. He bolts into the bathroom, banging his shoulder on the doorframe.
