Kakashi looks a little different to how he was last time Obito spied on him (just to see how miserable he was, of course, to reaffirm that the infinite tsukuyomi was the only option.) His hair is droopier, and he isn’t wearing his standard jounin uniform. His jacket is the same color as the vest, but it had sleeves, and a fluffy white collar, with strange red and white patches on the arms. Obito squints at him.

Summary
Here’s the thing. Etho meant to go to Hermitcraft- he really did. But something obviously got messed up- some wire got crossed, some thread got tangled, and now he was not there. Instead, he’s stuck with three kids who seem to think that he’s a guy named Kakashi (them and everyone else) and while he would work on leaving, all the fuss is pretty entertaining.
Eh, he’ll find his way home eventually. No need to rush…

Hermitopia 2.0 is definitely breaking some sort of zoning commissions. No one wants to tell its inhabitants to take it down, though, because said inhabitants are immortal and possess powers beyond the human scope of imagination, and also Hermitopia 2.0 itself might be sentient.
No one’s getting paid enough to deal with this kind of international dispute. They’ll just cross their fingers and hope that the hermits go away soon.
