Eleanor Capulet has been raised by her muggle father to know that her mother made a lot of bad choices, but it doesn't mean she has to follow in her path. She wants to avoid the lure of evil, and become someone who is known for far more than the legacy she left behind.
When they both start at Hogwarts, the same year as the boy who lived, it's not long before their ambitions lead them again and again into each other's paths. Draco suspects that there's something Eleanor isn't telling him, and Eleanor suspects that Draco is some sort of cosmic punishment sent to her to guarantee a lifetime of misery.

Eleanor, horrified after learning the truth about her mother’s evil past, wants nothing more than to understand where all that evil had come from and how she can use the knowledge to right some of the wrongs left behind by her mother.
Draco is fresh off the realization that no matter how hard he tries, he cannot protect himself or his loved ones from the side he had been led to believe was right his whole life. But he doesn’t know what remains of him when all of that shiny veneer is wiped away and who he could be unchained from his beliefs.
And they aren’t alone this year. With the escape of Sirius Black, the guards of Azkaban are protecting the school, delaying the train, getting in the way of quidditch games, and reminding everyone how close Harry comes to dying every other week.
