Draco Malfoy has been raised to know a few hard truths. Pure-bloods are better than everybody else, and power is the most important thing for anybody to seek.
Eleanor Capulet has been raised by her muggle father to know that her mother made a lot of bad choices, but it doesn't mean she has to follow in her path. She wants to avoid the lure of evil, and become someone who is known for far more than the legacy she left behind.
When they both start at Hogwarts, the same year as the boy who lived, it's not long before their ambitions lead them again and again into each other's paths. Draco suspects that there's something Eleanor isn't telling him, and Eleanor suspects that Draco is some sort of cosmic punishment sent to her to guarantee a lifetime of misery.
