Summary
Steve is even more confused.
“What the hell are you talking about?”
“It doesn’t matter.”
“No. Now you tell me! Today you have been unbearable! I thought that you were anxious for the Grammys but I see now that I was wrong. If you have something to tell me just do it!”
Eddie looks at him with darker eyes “I will Steve. I fucking will.” And then he opens the door and got on the red carpet.
There are photographers everywhere.
Flashes, smiles, someone screams Eddie’s name, but Steve feels numb and confused.
“Are you going to get off or…?” the driver asks him, waking him from his torpor.
“Yeah. Sorry. Thank you for the drive.”
No one looks at him while Eddie is walking on the red carpet, a girl with a microphone on her ear gets close to him and asks his name.
“Steve. Steve Harrington.”
“Here you are.” She says smiling “Please follow my colleague.”
Steve turns for a moment and sees Eddie perfectly at ease in the middle of the crowd, joking with some musician he knows.
He is so fucking beautiful, he can’t wait to tell him.Series

“Did you have fun with the boys?” he asks.
“What boys? They are old!”
Steve chuckles while Eddie gets closer, sitting in front of Steve’s legs “I am not old! Wayne is old!”
“I’m not old either!” he protests but the kid looks at them perplexed.
“You are old.” He states that it was obvious and he didn’t understand how they didn’t see that.
“Ok, ok, you made your point Danny. Now. What do you say if we go eat something near the lake? Mmh?”
“Like a picnic?”
“Like a picnic.”
“And I can bring the fish with me?”
Steve sighs, one of their bags is full of toys but of course, of course, his kid wants to play with the new toy… even if it’s not exactly a toy.
