Summary
“You’ve caught me in an inspired mood, little bird,” The Killer tilted his head to the side as the green child sniveled where she stood. “You were pretty good at the show earlier, but with me, you’ll find you can be great ...."
This little slice is a bit of the headcanon I've been chewing on for the Dark Urge origin to help merge my usual goody-two-shoes play style with the delicious angst of Dark Urge! This is also the backstory of my Tav, a tiefling ranger/bard named Wren. .
Chapter 1 is pre-BG3, and Chapter 2 has a couple more familiar faces.
Trigger warnings for body theft, blood, violence, an instance of self-inflicted death, and unsavory implications.
Thanks, and have fun!Series

Summary
He, Astarion, wanted. He wanted this moment to stretch a little further. Why should it end? It's just a moment of flirting in the dark.
This is a continuation of the Dark Urge head-canon I played with in "She just hasn't been herself lately." Long story short, the Dark Urge is an entity known as The Killer who considers using others' bodies as a way to transcend the limitations of having only one flesh vessel. About ten years before this evening, he took a child for himself, and it's time for her first outing in Baldurian society! This story involves my Tav, Wren, the tiefling ranger/bard.
This evening takes place a few years before everyone's favorite alien ship crash, just a moment for two so- called weirdos.
There is an Act 2 spoiler at the end, so avoid the epilogue if you don't want to know just yet! Thanks, and have fun!

Hi there! This is where I'm putting shorter, lighter stories of our favorite tadpoled adventurers. Get comfy, feel free to skip to a chapter that speaks to you, or take them all in! Thanks so very much for stopping by. :) These tales involve my Tav, a tiefling ranger/bard named Wren who has very dark urges.
Ch's 1-3: Game Night: Karlach can't handle her companions' low morale and suggests a team-building exercise. Can this crew handle themselves, or will they burn her out?
Ch 4: Midnight Snacks: Forced into desperate hunger, Astarion considers whether anyone in camp might make a donation. It's just a drop, right?
Ch's 5- 8: Girls' Night: "Come at night. Come alone." What will Shadowheart do? Can the Strength 8 Gang hold down the fort at camp?
Ch's 9-?: Beach Day! Unwind with sun and fun ridiculousness!

"If kindness is real, it never found me before. Real heroes kill the vampire. They don’t kick down the door to save them."
This story is a companion to the chapter Midnight Snacks from the Campfire Tales Collection.
With the sleepweed tea fading from his system, Astarion has some thoughts about hunting among his companions. It had been so easy, but why does he feel this way?(For new friends, this story involves my Tav, a tiefling ranger/bard named Wren.)

Summary
"You can be stopped. I can stop you."
Wren, the tiefling ranger/bard woke up after the Nautiloid crash with few memories and dark urges. This takes place after Alfira runs afoul of the Durge, as the gang heads towards the Shadow-cursed Lands. With little more than fragments of memory jangling in her brain, Wren is determined to figure out her past before someone else pays the ultimate price.
In this head-canon, a killer whose name has long washed away in blood has found that if he can take living vessels for himself, he can kill far beyond the limits of any mere mortal. Some twenty years before our trauma babes started camping together, he found himself a small green girl-child. She simply could not say no to his offer. After years of compliance, she is starting to act out. If The Killer can't figure out how to control his vessel, he may lose his shot at ultimate power. What's a murderer to do?
