Notes:

An edited version of my mini-series that was uploaded to FFN a few years ago. I'm aiming to change some things to hopefully make it better: More in-depth discussion, reactions, better decision-making by the characters, etc. That said, I can't promise I'll be consistent in how much I'm changing.
