“I think I hate her.”
“Who?” Gyuvin asked, mouth full of food.
Taerae wanted to scold her but instead sighed. “My roommate.”
“The one you said you want to step on you and sit on your face?”
“Gyu quiet!” Taerae panicked.
“Sorry,” Her sister apologised, obviously not sorry at all. She took another bite of food. “I thought you liked her.”
“She’s annoying!” Taerae sighed. “She plays her music too loud, gets up at an ungodly hour, and literally cooks eggs in the dorm room!”
“I thought you liked eggs.”
“Not that much!”
“Okay, so you… don’t want her to sit on your face?”
Taerae blushed. “I didn’t say that.”

With her sister starting university, Taerae decides to move into the dorms to keep an eye on her. When they’re not placed together, Taerae wonders how she’ll cope.

“Soccer tryouts are over there, by the way,” she added, jerking her head. Sure enough, a group of girls in soccer jerseys kicked balls back and forth. In her track pants and t-shirt, Gyuvin could see why the girl would give her the hint.
“I’m in the right place, thanks,” Gyuvin assured her. She placed her duffle bag down on the field and sat herself down near the blonde. The other girl sneered at her. She finally closed up her legs and shook them out for a moment before pressing her soles together into a butterfly stretch. As she did, she turned her body away from Gyuvin.
“This is cheerleading tryouts, darling,” she said, drawling out the last word sarcastically.
“I know, sweetheart,” Gyuvin replied, using the same tone. “Why do you think I’m here?”

When trying out for the university’s cheer team, Gyuvin meets the gorgeous yet feisty Rikki Shen. When they’re asked to work together for a partner stunt, sparks begin to fly.

“I’m allowed to join?” Hanbin gawked. “I thought I was horrible.”
“You were,” Hao admitted. “But we can change that. Besides…”
“Besides what?”
Hao smiled at her. “Besides… I like you.”
She got up and left Hanbin sitting on the ground by herself. “Uh…”
“I’ll see you at 6:30 on Monday!” Hao announced.
Hanbin looked up at her, confused. “I thought you said practice started at 7?”
“For everyone else, maybe. But you need some more practice,” Hao replied. She then pursed her lips. “Actually… maybe 6 would be better.”

After a string of bad decisions and unfortunate events, Hanbin is given a choice: join the school swim team or be kicked out.
The choice is obvious. But things get much more complicated when Hanbin falls head over heels for the pretty captain.
