Summary
Believing that the king, Jeong Yunho was a brutal dictator responsible for his father's death, Jongho became a doctor to work inside the palace in order to spy on the king and avenge for his family. As he uncovered the dark secrets within the palace, his beliefs and world view was turned upside down. “You’re ill.” said Yunho, while they were cuddling together inside the carriage. Jongho pulled away to give him a puzzled look.
“No I’m not.”
“Yes you are.” said Yunho, trailing a finger into his hair, tracing his scalp. “The sickness is up here, lurking in that mysterious head of yours. I tried to leave it alone to see if it will get better. It goes away temporarily whenever I make love to you. But since I’ve gone into pre-rut and haven’t been able to do that, it’s only gotten worse.” Yunho peered at him, his soft but piercing gaze made Jongho look away.
