Stumbling haphazardly into an empty bathroom, your hands rush to the light switch. The lights turn on and you rush towards the sink, desperate. You puke into the sink you hesitantly held, looking up you see your tattered form in the mirror. Disgusting.
You hate it. You keep puking.
Who knows? Maybe someone else can change your mind.

Hypnotherapy: Form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness.Waking up in an empty room, I hear nothing but the voice of a commanding woman over a speaker filled with static. With no chance of escaping, I chose to obey Her reluctantly...though, maybe this could be better than escaping. She gives praise, love, and anything I could ask for. Not listening to Her brings pain, confusion. Listening doesn't, so I keep doing what I keep doing, and obey.
