Summary
INDEFINITE HIATUS
A young woman grows up in the midst of the vampiric overtaking, and becomes a medic to do her part in the human defense efforts.
After the South manages a major victory and dismantles the vampire nobility running their island, she packs up and heads north to continue helping with the ongoing rebellion forces. Once there, she is taken under the wing of The Executioner, and those who fight with her.

The eldest child is not always the heir.
Rileion Sanguis, Crown Prince, is inelegantly pushed aside after the birth of his younger brother. His childish attempts to regain his crown- and, more importantly, his mother's attention- fail spectacularly. As a result, the young prince is left to fend for himself as the sole resident of an abandoned prison.
