Summary
You can feel his gaze while you work. Watching your face, your mouth, your hands. You’re not flustered—not visibly—but there’s tension just behind your eyes. You know it. And he knows it.
Then he leans in, voice dropping low. That tone that wraps around your spine whether you want it to or not.
“You still that pent up, love?”Your hand freezes. Just for a second. Then resumes.
“I’m not your love.”“Didn’t say you were,” he murmurs. “Yet.”
Or-
You're a medic on base with a boring civvy boyfriend and Ghost thinks- knows he can treat you better.Series

Summary
You snort, trying to sound casual but missing by a mile. “Yeah? I’m the eldest medic on base. Seniority means a shitload of nights like this — tired, cranky, and done.”
Price’s smile fades, his tone dropping to that rare, serious edge that makes you shut up fast. “I don’t want sweet, you hear me?”
You blink. “Pardon?”
He leans forward, voice low and sharp, “What I need… s’not sugar and sunshine. It’s the grit, the edge—a real woman who doesn't take shit from anyone-not even me. That’s the part that matters.”
You open your mouth to protest — to say something clever or to shove the moment away — but the words freeze. His eyes are locked on yours, steady and unblinking.
“Understand?” he says, voice rough but no longer angry.
Your heart thumps like a drumbeat in a quiet room. Your mouth works, slow and unsure.
“Yes, Captain.”
Or:
You're a grumpy medic, and your Captain, who is just as grumpy, starts to be around you more and more, and it's hard to ignore, and easy to like.

Summary
But the texts? That’s where the real damage started.
Late at night, your phone buzzed.
Soap: Hey, Bonnie. You up?
You stared at it. You were definitely up, lying in bed with a face mask on and a chamomile tea in one hand like the overstimulated mess you were.
You took an exasperated breath, then replied:
You: What do you want.
He didn’t hesitate.
Soap: Aside from you in my bed? Just conversation.
You dropped the phone on your face.
Or:
You are a medic, and Johnny is very blunt with his actions, words, and feelings, and loves to see your whole body turn red. You are so. so. screwed.

Summary
Gaz lets out a breath. Nervous.
“Kinda been thinking about something,” he says slowly, like he’s testing the weight of every word.
You keep your eyes on the gash, fingers moving gently now, like you’re afraid the wrong touch might shatter the moment.
“Yeah?”
A pause. Then:
“Would you be mad at me if I… liked you?”
Your hands still completely.
There it is. Laid bare like an open wound. Vulnerable and bleeding and so, so tender.
You finally look at him. He’s not grinning now. No jokes, no masks. Just Kyle — eyes flicking between yours, waiting for the blow, the rejection, the shift that might change everything.
And God, he’s stupid. Stupid and beautiful and kind, and someone you care for so deeply it makes your bones ache, if only he knew it.
Your voice is quiet. Barely above a whisper.
“I don’t think I could ever be mad at you for that.”
Or:
You are a medic and have grown quite close with Gaz, you'd even say he's your best friend. And you're sure he'd say the same. The two of you are just friends, right?
