Set one year after the events of the movie. Ratigan has survived his literal fall from grace and tried to rebuild everything he lost to no avail. So he decides to distract himself by hooking up with a pretty female stripper from the Rat Trap pub.
Meanwhile, Basil finds himself at a crossroads while working on the case of a missing woman: either sleep with the son of a man who can provide him with valuable information, or walk away with nothing.
Little do either of them realize...it won't be the names of their hookups being called out in the middle of the night...
