Summary
You smelled good even when you smelled good. He did something. Took something. The whole bathroom stank like it today, and your shitty, little nose probably couldn't even tell, but he made out like a goddamn king. He could smell your underwear from here, bundled in a hasty ball in his freshly washed pocket. He laughed, back spasming painfully into the rotting leather seats, and fished it out. Acrid, animalistic, the smell bloomed around him, and he hissed between clenched teeth. Oh, God. Give a man a break, it'd been a decade. Anybody would be a little bit pathetic, a little bit desperate, a little bit horny out of his mind.

Summary
His glasses were in color again, street lights shining through to paint his smooth white cheeks pink and yellow. You wanted to believe him so fucking bad. You wanted to think he could make it out of this; wanted to believe he wouldn't go running back to his successful ex the second he showed back up. You wanted to throw him down on the road and kiss him until his dirty chittering teeth opened up and you could taste the tar off his tongue. But you knew him better than that.

Summary
You were hardly five feet outside of the restaurant before Spamton yanked you by your hand into an alley, pulling so hard it hurt a little at your shoulder. There was absolutely no apprehension in his face when he slammed you up against the wall, and then he pressed his face into your chest, hot breath on your stomach and his hands pushing right up to thumb your nipples. "YOU WAN>Na PLAY [[Big Games]] AND WIN [[Big Prizes]] LITTLE [[Worm]]??????" He boomed, always so fucking loud, and you looked around nervously. This was not an untrafficked location. There were people inside.

Summary
"This was not perfect. Spamton was not a great man, he was not sensible or responsible. He was flighty and most of what he did for money was completely illegal. Sometimes he had really bad days. Sometimes he did not make any sense. But he tried. He made you happy. He made you laugh. He wanted to make it work. You pulled him closer, rested your head on his, and wrapped your arms a little tighter."
You and Spamton have a happy enough little life. You get by, you make it work. But he's still not over his last relationship, and he might have just lost his only chance to move past it.
