Frantic. Wild-eyed. Searching.

Her throat tightened, a breathless sob catching in her chest. She tried to call out, but her voice barely rose above the clamor around them but she had faith that Remus’ wolfish hearing would find her.
"Remus," she choked, stumbling forward.
His head snapped toward her. And then he ran.
Tonks barely had a moment to register the movement before she was scooped into his arms, held tight against his chest. His lips pressed against her hair, fierce and desperate. For a moment, he just held her, grounding himself in the proof that she was still here, still breathing. Then, with a sharp inhale, he pulled back, his hands running over her arms, her waist, her face searching for the damage."You're hurt, Dora," he whispered, his voice breaking at the sight of her.
"Mm," she mumbled, barely coherent. "Not now... need to hide."
His grip tightened. "Can you walk, love?"
