Summary
The Winchesters had figured him out. The end of existence was looming on the horizon. His family was going to tear itself apart.
And Gabriel had no idea what to do about any of it.
Since sending Sam and Dean on their adventure through TV Land, Gabriel had been... Thinking. Pondering? Percolating? Whatever word One might deem the most appropriate. He'd been weighing his options for weeks now. He knew his elder brothers better than nearly anyone, he liked to think he had a read on the Winchester boys, and he had plenty of connections beyond the Judeo-Christian Divine. So what was he gonna do about it? Perhaps one of those damned Winchesters might be able to provide him with any kind of answer. Gabriel was not thrilled at the thought of asking either brother, but the looming threat of Creation's Destruction was enough to persuade him to swallow his pride and attempt to work with these beings he'd once considered little more than his playthings. Could he commit to helping these humans? Would he ultimately be drawn to his brothers? Did the world beyond Human and Cosmic outweigh their pull?
Well... What better way to find out than to approach the True Vessels of his brothers, and figure that out for himself?
