Summary
After the completion of a local(ish) but very domestic-oriented case that saw them going undercover as parents-to-be, Mulder and Scully are thrown back in reality. They also learn some very important facts. Immediately. There hasn’t been time (yet) for Scully to remove her prosthetic bump disguise… and they are somewhat stranded at the closest Lariat Rent-A-Car establishment. In public. So both partners are forced to maintain their disguise for just a little bit longer. Although… This does allow Mulder and Scully some time to reflect on their lives as they are. Not that either minds.
