Dandy is recovering after a sudden attack from Twisted Shelly that left them with a bad injury. This means they cannot host runs, or else they'll make it worse. However, they can't just quit ichor runs. Ichor is the lifeblood of the facility. Its unclear whether its figuratively or literally.
Thankfully, or rather regretfully, their girlfriend Vee is set on helping out. No matter what comes with it.
This is a decision she may come to regret.
