Summary
Several hours ago, he was in heaven, stuck organizing and sending the second coming down to doom humanity. And now none of that mattered; all that he wanted for the past several years was to be in this exact spot with Crowley.
The only difference between now and what he'd been dreaming about since he left was, well, earth.
“As far as I can tell, the entirety of creation is us and this bookshop.” Crowley turned slowly and glanced around the room. “I don’t think you're going to get many customers.”
He was right about that, at least; he probably wouldn't get any more customers. And if this was going the direction he thought it was, he never would have any again.
Or, what if there was an added scene before it all ended? A moment just for them.

“Whatever happens, we do this together. Right angel?” he glanced between them at their intertwined hands, then back up at those beautiful golden eyes he loves so much.
They were filled with fear, but determination overshadowed it. Crowley was with him till the end.
“Together.” he agrees with a sad smile.

The sound of a defeated thwump of a book and a sigh flooded through the air. It wasn’t a bone-heavy sigh, nothing out of stress or grief. But a sigh that screamed defeat nonetheless.
“Alright there, angel?” a voice rang through the cluttered cottage, and just the sound of it brought a smile to the man’s lips.
OR: What might happen in 'Season 3' if the writers arent kind to us and make them book characters.
