Summary
A near death experience leaves vampire Trinity able to see and converse with the Grim Reaper, Yolanda. She is immediately entranced and begins to kill solely for the chance to see Yolanda come take her victim's souls so she can talk to her.
For a century they dance around each other, both immortal, one with a hunger for for not only blood but for love, and the other, a semi-transparent entity that floats between Earth and the afterlife

Summary
Trinity tentatively cradled either side of the other woman’s face, allowing herself to become lost in the deepness of her dark brown eyes.
“You’re so beautiful, Your Majesty.”
Queen Yolanda hummed, a thin smile spreading across her lips. But she did not say it back. She never said it back. But that was okay, Trinity was good at pretending, she’d been doing it for a long time...
Or Trinity never would have expected that disguising herself as a man to become a knight would have led her to becoming one of Queen Yolanda's royal guards, and certainly not have gotten her into the Queen's bed.
